Spring is here.. Finally! Spring means time to forage wild garlic leaves and make a lot of delicious recipes with them. Wild garlic sea salt is one of my favorite ways of preserving wild garlic throughout the year. It is super easy to make, and you will be able to store it for at least a year. To make wild garlic sea salt you only need two ingredients: cleaned wild garlic leaves and sea salt. Follow the instructions below and enjoy your wild garlic in all seasons of the year.
